Minimum Stay Requirements
|
|
Weekend stays require both Friday and Saturday nights. During the week (Sunday-Thursday) single night stays are available. If requesting a Thursday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday weekend stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate.

Holidays
|
|
Holidays are charged at the weekend rate and usually have minimum stay requirements (call for exact dates).
Holiday weekends always have a three day minimum stay requirement.
|
|
Check-In
|
|
Check-In is after 4:00 pm. We will work diligently to have your cabin ready for you right at 4:00 pm, but there are rare occasions when additional cleaning may be required or when your hot tub may not be fully heated until later that night. There is no refund in these situations.
|
|
Check-Out
|
|
Check-Out is by 12:00 noon. To check out, simply clean up, leave the key, and lock the cabin behind you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check outs. Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced so that we can make sure that each cabin is ready for our guests.
|
|
Occupancy.
|
|
All of our rates are based on two-person occupancy. Additional adults are $15 per night and additional children (under 16) are $10 per night. Infants under one year stay at no additional charge. Please limit the number of guests to the maximum occupancy of the cabin and to the number of guests included in your reservation. We may allow extra day visitors, however pre-approval must be given. Sorry no pets. |

Smoking
|
|
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins, but you are welcome to smoke outside or on the decks/porches. Ashtrays are provided for your use.
|
|
Minimum Age
|
|
You must be 21 years of age or have a parent or guardian with staying in the cabin with you in order to rent a cabin.
|
|
|
Damages
|
|
We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. Failure to follow hot tub instructions may result in cleaning and refill for our next guest. Tub cleaning and refill is approximately $150.00.

Amenities
|
|
Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc… can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check in and may need several hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Our cabin driveway is gravel and somewhat steep it is routinely maintained but in winter months my become slippery at times. we recommend 4-wheel drive if possible.We will be able to get your personal items to the cabin and you can park a short walk from the cabin if conditions are bad.Yes we built in the middle of the woods[the bugs and critters home]the cabin and surrounding area is treated monthy but it is still possible you may see some bugs or spiders on your stay.Please do not throw food scraps and trash out this will guarantee unwanted visitors ! We are not able to refund for insects or weather conditions. |

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than two weeks prior to stay will receive 90%refund. Less than two weeks but more than three days will receive 50% refund. No refund will be issued with less than three days notice. |
No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies.
